14 DAYS BUSH, GRAND SAFARI
This is a grand tour of top Kenyan National Parks. The safari covers major parks such as the Majestic Masai mara where you will be able to witness the great migration, if you are in luck to the Vast Tsavo ecosystem, a land of gigantic elephants and maned lions, not forgetting the Beautiful Mount Kenya and the Aberdare Ranges.

Day 1: Nairobi - Masai Mara
After a brief on your safari from our representative, you will depart Nairobi for Masai Mara Game Reserve, arriving just in time for lunch, after which you will have an evening game drive till dusk. Dinner and overnight will be at Sentrim Mara /Azure Mara/ similar depending on your budget.
Day 2: Masai Mara
Masai Mara is known as one of Africa’s Greatest Wildlife Reserves, situated in southwest Kenya and is part of the northern section of the Serengeti National Park. Famous for the abundance of the big cats, Lion, Leopard, Cheetah and the Great Wildebeest Migration and the Maasai people, well known for their distinctive custom and dress.
A morning nature walk/ ballon safari while viewing game after breakfast. A hot air balloon safari in Masai Mara is an adventure of a lifetime. This is the perfect way to crown off your Masai Mara Safari.
Return to the camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Mara - L.Nakuru
Depart after breakfast and drive to the home of millions of flamingos and the home of the white rhino and about 350 different species of birds. Lake Nakuru is also known as the "Ornithological Paradise" because of the hundreds of thousands of birds that are found here. Lake Nakuru is a soda lake on the floor of the Rift valley. It is famous due to its being a home to about 1.5 million flamingo's and the over 450 species of birds found here. The sight of the millions of flamingos is quite spectacular. From a distance the lake appears ringed in pink. The Lake has also earned a reputation as an important haven for endangered species - particularly the Rothschild Giraffe and the black and white rhino. It is a home to Lions, waterbucks, buffalos, baboons and pelicans. Dinner and Overnight at the camp or Hotel.
Day 4: L. Nakuru - Aberdares
After breakfast depart to Aberdares via the Nyahururu Falls, formerly Thomson Falls to the Aberdares. Check in at The Ark / Treetops Lodge/ similar hotel with an afternoon game drive in Aberdare National Park.An evening sundowner while viewing game from the Lodge can be arranged afterwards. Dinner and overnight at The Ark Lodge.
The Aberdares are an isolated volcanic range that forms the eastern wall of the rift valley, running about 100 Km north south between Nairobi and Thompsons Falls. This beautifully scenic region is much cooler than the savanna's and offers a completely different perspective on the country. The national park lies mainly above the tree line. The scenery is spectacular with its mountainous terrain covered in thick tropical forests swathed in mist.
Zaina falls(Aberdares national park-Nyeri county) one of the best Kenyan hidden tourist attraction through "Kamuyu" shopping center. The hike takes 3 hrs up and down to the falls hence ideal for beginners/novice hikers.
Wildlife present in the protected area include lion, leopard, elephant, East African wild dog, hog, bushbuck, mountain reedbuck, waterbuck, Cape buffalo, side-striped jackal, eland, colobus monkey, and sykes monkey. Rarer sightings include those of the African golden cat and the bongo.
Day 5: Aberdares - Samburu
Early morning game drive. Return to the lodge for breakfast and depart for Samburu National Reserve to arrive in time for lunch. After lunch proceed for an afternoon game drive in the park famous as the place for the Samburu semi-nomadic tribesmen, the reticulated giraffe, the Grevy’s zebra gerenuk, beisaoryx and a host of the big game including elephant and lion.
Dinner and overnight at Samburu Game reserve/Similar depending on budget.
Day 6: Samburu
After breakfast, depart for an early morning game drive. Return to a camp for lunch and later afternoon game drive till dusk. Samburu National Reserve is a wildlife haven. Here you will spot Africa's big cats - lions, cheetahs and the elusive leopard. Some animals are unique to this northern Kenya Park: Grevy's zebra, reticulated giraffe, kudu and gerenuk. The Ewaso Nyiro River, the boundary with the neighboring Buffalo Springs National Reserve, is where the elephants, buffalo and other animal species gather for a drink. You will find the scenic semiarid landscape quite dramatic. The reserve is located within the lands of the colorful semi-nomadic Samburu tribesmen. Dinner and overnight at the camp.
Day 7: Samburu - Mount Kenya
After breakfast from your hotel, we will depart by road heading to Mount Kenya arriving in late lunch and checking in at Naro Moru river lodge/ Similar depending on budget.
After a short rest, we will proceed to the foothills of Mt. Kenya in the Mau Mau caves. These Caves were used by the freedom fighters in the colonial Kenya as a hideout from the Britsh soldiers. The walk to the Mau Mau caves is through a forest and over a swaying bridge from where you can view the rapids and the waterfall over the caves .After this nature walk coupled with photograpy you will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 8: Mount Kenya
After breakfast, prepare for a long day hike of Mount Kenya 2600m From the gate, keep to the park track, which follows the crest of a board ridge between the Northern and Southern Naromoru valleys. The going is easy and it’s a pleasant walking through the forest. About two thirds of the way up after the bridge there are good views to the left north down into the Northern Naromoru valley. The trek ends at Met station 3,000m.
Dinner and overnight will be at The Naro Moru river lodge.
Day 10: Mount Kenya - Nairobi
Depart Naro Moru Lodge after breakfast and proceed to Nairobi. Arrive at late Lunch checking in at Eka Hotel/ Similar. Dinner and overnight will be here.
Day 11: Nairobi - Amboseli
After breakfast, drive to Amboseli National park arriving in time for lunch. Check in at Sentrim Amboseli/ AA Lodge/ Kibo/ similar and have your lunch. Spend your evening game viewing..
Beautifully situated at the foot of the towering Kilimanjaro, it Is the home of the brightly painted Maasai tribe, here you can see lions, cheetahs, spotted hyenas and wild dogs as well as gnus, Kaffir buffaloes, Burch ells zebras and herds of elephants. All these animals come to drink at water holes consisting of small lakes or muddy ponds kept filled up by water from the melting snows of Kilimanjaro. The northern lake Amboseli contains water only after rain. Return to campsite for dinner and overnight.
Day 12: Amboseli.
Spend the whole day Game viewing at the park. Dinner and overnight inside the park.
Day 13: Amboseli - Tsavo West
After breakfast, drive via Chyullu hills to Tsavo West National Park, arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon game viewing drive and a visit to Mzima Springs; (The source of drinking water for Mombasa). Tsavo West forms one of the largest wildlife conservation areas on Earth and is one of the largest national parks in Kenya. The park has abundant wildlife, but due to its size and thicker vegetation game viewing is more challenging. For this reason it is less popular than the Maasai Mara and Amboseli. However, the park has one of the most diverse landscapes in East Africa, with several volcanic craters and interesting hills. Return for dinner and overnight at Kilaguni Serena/ Similar.
Day 14: Tsavo West - Tsavo East
After breakfast, drive to Tsavo East National Park which is renowned for its large numbers of Elephants and the famous Man Eating Lions (during the building of the Kenya / Uganda Railway in 1890). Tsavo East and Tsavo West N.P form the largest reserve in East Africa. Nevertheless the Tsavo national park is one of the most visited tourist attraction in Kenya. In spite of its arid countryside and savannah vegetation about 60species of mammals and 400 different species of birds are to be found here. The Tsavo is particularly famous because of its dramatic scenery and the Red Elephants which owe their colors to the dust prevalent in this area as well as lions and cheetahs. There are many antelopes (Oryx, kudus, giants gazelles and giraffe) Burchell's zebras, Masai giraffes baboons and vervet monkeys of the birds the most impressive is the Maasai ostrich. Where there is water such as at Mzima springs, crocodiles and hippos can also be seen. Dinner and Overnight at a Sentrim Tsavo/Voi Wildlife Lodge/Similar.
Day 14: Tsavo West - Mombasa
After breakfast and your final game drive, proceed to Mombasa for flight or further vacation this being the end of our safari.
